The Democracy Center works globally to advance social justice through investigation and reporting, training citizens in public advocacy, and leading international citizen campaigns.
Advocacy Campaigns
Across Latin America The Democracy Center is working with groups that advance social justice and human rights. In 2008 The Center, in unison with groups in Latin America and the United States, will launch a new campaign called Voices from Latin America lift up the voices of citizens from all across the hemisphere and bring them into the debate in the United States.
- Network for Justice in Global Investment - The Network for Justice in Global Investment is a joint effort by citizens and organizations in a variety of countries to challenge one of the most anti-democratic aspects of the global economic order – the rules governing international investment.
