our work

Our work at the Democracy Center takes many forms.  We write and we publish – articles, books, videos and more – with the aim of making complex issues understandable.  To be powerful, our activism needs to be as informed as it is passionate. We also teach, train and coach activists around the world, to help them become as strong as effective as we can be.  But for our entire history, we have also been active campaigners, helping mobilize and lead advocacy efforts that have stretched around the globe.
